Server Migration on 30th November 2025 – Important Login Update
At ADDA, we are committed to enhancing your platform experience through better performance, improved reliability, and smoother access across all regions.
As part of this initiative, we will be carrying out a major server migration on:
Date: 30th November 2025
Time: 8:00 PM to 1:00 AM (Gulf Standard Time)
This planned migration will help us strengthen system infrastructure and deliver a more consistent experience in the future.
What to Expect During the Migration Window
During the scheduled 5-hour maintenance window, certain parts of the ADDA platform may be temporarily unavailable. Our team will be closely monitoring the process to ensure a smooth transition.
Temporary Login Method Active Until 10th December 2025
Following the migration, users who are part of multiple communities located in different countries (e.g., UAE, India, Mauritius) may experience temporary issues when switching between properties.
To ensure uninterrupted access, we have introduced a temporary region-based login method, which will remain active.
During this period:
Switch ADDA Limitation
- The “Switch ADDA” option will not display communities from different geographies.
(For example: A user with communities in UAE + India may only see one region.)
Applies Only to Users With Multiple Countries
- This temporary change affects only users who are members of communities in different geographic regions.
- Users with communities in the same country will not be affected.
How to Log In During This Temporary Period
If you face difficulty accessing your communities or switching between properties, please log in using the appropriate region-specific link:

What Happens After 10th December 2025
Beginning 10th December 2025, users will be able to:
- Log in normally through the ADDA App or Portal
- Choose the country they want to access during login
Normal operations will fully resume and the temporary login links will no longer be required.
